COVID-19 Operations and Policy Update


Select Corporate Housing is open, operational, and committed to responsibly serving our future and current guests.  We will continue to update this page as our policies change.

Commitment & Operating Policy

As conditions evolve with the COVID-19 / Coronavirus pandemic, rest assured that Select Corporate Housing will take precautions and proactively do our part to protect our guests and the communities in which we live and serve.

Our team has committed to: 

  • Avoid close contact with individuals who are sick
  • Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth
  • Washing hands frequently and properly with soap and water, and when necessary supplement with hand sanitizer (60%-95% alcohol content) 
  • Not report to work if sick

We will adhere to these preventative procedures and follow the guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and The World Health Organization (WHO) - modifying as needed. 

While the health and safety of our guests, team, and partner communities is paramount, we remain committed to serving you with excellence! 


Need to Extend Your Stay?

If you have previously submitted your Notice-To-Vacate, and would now like to cancel your notice or extend your reservation due to travel restrictions or other outbreak-related developments, we invite you to submit your extension request.  Our team will do everything possible to accommodate your extension so that you can remain in your temporary home.


Community Tours

Until further notice, we will not be offering community tours. We have virtual video tours available for the majority of the communities where we provide temporary housing.


Community Amenities

Most of the host community amenity areas (fitness centers, swimming pools, recreation facilities, etc.) will be closed to guests in an effort to minimize virus exposure.  If you have a question regarding your specific community, please contact your Guest Services Coordinator. 


Maintenance and Service Requests

At this time, maintenance and service requests will be addressed case-by-case and will be prioritized by urgency.  Many of the on-site maintenance teams are working at less than full capacity and have implemented preventative policies restricting maintenance professionals from entering residences for routine requests. Please continue to submit your service requests - even if not ‘urgent’ - so that we can address as soon as possible. Guest Services will continue to provide you with updates accordingly. 


Housekeeping Services

For our guests who have regularly scheduled housekeeping, please note that your services will be temporarily paused (effective immediately) as a precautionary measure to ensure the health and safety of both our and guests and housekeeping teams.  Charges for housekeeping services will be credited to your account until services can be resumed. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to do our part in limiting the exposure and spread of COVID-19, while still providing excellent customer service.


Accepting New Reservations

At this time Select Corporate Housing is still accepting new reservations.  Our all-inclusive apartments provide a comfortable home-like environment ideal for social distancing. Take advantage of the included high-speed Wi-Fi for working remotely.
