Yes, a rental agreement is required. We can do an agreement for as few as 14 days and then you can stay as long as you need the accommodations.

You may review and sign your rental agreement electronically, but first you must register an account or login.

We can also email, fax or mail the rental agreement to you. All you need do is sign and return it to us by email, fax or mail.

Select includes the following items in each apartment:

  • Full furnishings for living room, dining room and all bedrooms
  • Housewares (pots and pans, forks and spoons, linens, shower curtains, etc.)
  • Flat Screen Television
  • DVD Player
  • Washer and Dryer
  • Microwave
  • All utilities including electric, gas, water, trash
  • Cable TV
  • High Speed Internet

No. We set up all utilities including electric, gas, water, trash, cable and Internet. The utilities are ordered in our name and you never have to worry about them.

Your corporate apartment and all of the services are included in one monthly invoice. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners. Select can either bill your company directly or you can pay by check or money order.

Most of the time, yes! Each property has different rules and regulations regarding pets, their size and breed. Please contact us and we will find a property that will accept your pet.
