For most of our corporate apartments, the minimum is just 30 days. In some locations, the minimum lease terms can vary.  Often sales tax applies to reservations booked for fewer than 91 days.

Yes, a rental agreement is required. We will send you the rental agreement electronically through AdobeSign based on the option you choose. 

After you choose one of the quoted options, we will email you the rental agreement electronically via AdobeSign (secured and encrypted).  You will be able to view and electronically sign the lease from your computer or smart device. After you sign the rental agreement, you can save a copy and / or print a copy for your records.

We can also email, fax or mail the rental agreement to you if that is your preference. Please let us know which method is most convenient for you!

Select includes the following items in each apartment:

  • Full furnishings for living room, dining room and all bedrooms
  • Housewares (pots and pans, forks and spoons, linens, shower curtains, etc.)
  • Flat Screen Television, DVD Player
  • Washer and Dryer
  • Microwave
  • All utilities including electric, gas, water, trash
  • Cable TV, High Speed Wireless Internet

Depending on the desired location in which you need temporary housing, your length of stay, apartment size, and other factors, we may be able to accommodate special requests.

No. We set up all utilities including electric, gas, water, trash, cable and Internet. The utilities are ordered in our name and you never have to worry about them.

Your corporate apartment and all of the services are included in one monthly invoice.

We offer direct billing, online payments, and optional automatic payments. 

We do NOT charge any transaction fees for credit cards!

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 5th.  We do offer customized billing cycles for a 10% billing fee.

Most of the time, yes! Each property has different rules and regulations regarding pets, their size and breed.

  • Generally there is a 2 pet maximum.
  • Breed and weight restrictions vary from location to location .
  • Typically aggressive breeds are not permitted, but most locations do not have weight restrictions.
  • Pet fees vary from location to location and are Non-Refundable. 
  • The length of your stay has no impact on the pet fees charged. 
  • No pet deposits are ever charged.
  • Pet rent varies, but typically pet rent ranges between $5 / month per pet up to $20 / month per pet.
  • Pet fees and pet rent are subject to sales tax if you book for fewer than 91 days.  If your initial lease is for a term of 91 days or longer, then no tax will be charged.
  • Many of our well-appointed communities offer 'bark parks' and walking trails.  Some even offer pet washing stations and pet events!
